If a citizen wishes to address the Council at a meeting, they must submit a Public Meeting Appearance Card (PDF) to the City Secretary. These forms are also available at the entrance to the City Council meeting.
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
The agenda for each Council meeting is posted on the City's website and on the City's official bulletin board located at City Hall.
