The City of Oak Point Texas
City Council meets the third Monday of each month. These meetings take place in the
Council Chamber at City Hall, 100   Naylor Road. The Regular City Council
Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. All Regular   Meetings of the City Council
are open to the public, and public participation by citizen report on
any topic or issue is allowed only when arrangements have been made
through the City Clerk's Office by Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. the week prior
to the meeting. Citizen participation may also take place if a citizen
fills out a Public Input Form at the beginning of the meeting, and
speaks only to the specific agenda item. Citizen participation is also
allowed at all public hearings on the agenda. It is necessary to sign
up on the sign-in sheet prior to the start of the hearing for a public
hearing. All speakers are required to observe time limits and limit
his/her remarks to the specific topic of the public hearing, agenda
item or citizen report topic as listed on the agenda.
