In Case of Emergency Dial 911

When medical emergencies occur, Oak Point's Public Safety Officers are ready to assist. Our Officers maintain EMT or Paramedic certifications to allow our trained personnel to respond quickly to your call.  If you are in need of emergency medical services, please Dial 911,   When dialing 911 be prepared to provide a description of the problem you are experiencing and where you are located.  Upon receiving this information, a Public Safety Officer  will be dispatched to provide you with the assistance you need.

Don't be surprised to see a police officer show up at your door, remember Oak Point Officers are Police, Fire and EMT/Paramedics.  Our average response time is less than 3 minutes,  Ambulance Service is currently provided by Aubrey Area Ambulance Service.   Public Safety Officers  responding to medical calls are there to address your medical needs,  in these events our primary concern will be the medical emergency.

A partial list of medical equipment carried in patrol vehicles include:

  • Automatic External Defibulators (AED)
  • Oxygen
  • Blood Pressure Monitors
  • Pulse Oxygen Sensors
  • Splints and bandages
  • Activated charcoal
