The park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and the nature trail are for private recreational use by the members of this lakeside community and their guests.  Dues are $72.00 per year payable by June 1 of each year. The Board of trustees meets the 2nd Thursday of each month, 7:00  p.m., in the clubhouse on Lakeshore Blvd. Homeowner input is always first on  the agenda to allow time for member's busy schedules.
