The purpose of Code Enforcement is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Oak Point by providing inspections and bringing about improvements to the community. The most common violations that are addressed by the Code Enforcement Department are:

The accuracy of the property location and the description of the violation will enhance the City's ability to investigate your complaint.
