Recognized by his peers as a visionary Public Administration Executive, Stephen Ashley has developed a reputation as a municipal leader with a commitment to people oriented management, and the efficient use of resources. Having 20 plus years of dedicated service to local governments he is skilled in the management of employees, conflict resolution, and performance management. His ability to effectively manage issues in a positive and productive manner has been demonstrated repeatedly.
Education
Stephen is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. His Master’s Degree in Public Administration was earned from the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds certifications as a Certified Public Manager and a Certified Economic Development Professional.

Personal Life
Stephen and his wife Kathryn have been married for 27 years; Kathryn is also a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. Together, they have two children.
